Beautiful Theatre TOP HAT and Carry Case. The hat is black beaver with satin trim, leather inside band and satan lining. The makers mark inside the hat reads, Blair of Broadway, New York City. However, the hat was made to be marketed in Europe and was sold by B.H. Van der Veen in Assen, Holland and is so marked on the inside of the hat. The carry case, marked B.H. VAN dER VEEN, Assen, Kruisstraat, was designed with an inside brim guard and handle. The lid has been separated from the carry case, but otherwise is in good condition, considering its age. This hat and case was purchased in Holland and has made it's way back to the U.S. Thanks for taking a closer look at this wonderful piece of vintage apparel.
