This sale is for ONE of these scarce Belfast banking Company Limited £5banknotes. the issue date is 2nd October 1942, serial number DU 1024 & hand-signed by E Williamson. Here is a chance to own one of these very collectable notes, the overall condition in my opinion is Extremely Fine, has not been in circulation, it contains some light handling marks also two light creases running horizontally & vertically through the center (the scan is of both sides of the actual note). Banknote Yearbook Ref NI.302c valued at £150.00 in VF, this one is well beyond VF. When the Northern Bank acquired this bank in July 1970 these notes were destroyed, so it is nice when some turn up in such good condition for collecting, don't miss this bargain, for one in this condition, as it is priced to sell.
