READ ENTIRE AUCTION LISTING BEFORE BIDDING Item Description You are bidding on one (1) BELL & HOWELL 8mm/Super 8 movie projector; Model 461A. Item has been tested and works! Bulb/Lamp works. Item comes with spare reel (show in picture). Due to age, item will show some wear/use. Auction includes the one item shown in the pictures (multiple views of item). All Items comes from a smoke free and pet free home. As items listed in auction comes from various sources, we cannot control the originating source. Therefore, when the statement "All Items comes from a smoke free and pet free home" is indicated, it means the items are being shipped from a smoke and pet free environment . Terms of Sale Agreement - By placing a bid, you are entering an agreement to complete the purchase of an item up for auction. Consult Ebay rules and regulations for your obligations as a bidder/winner of an on-line auction on Ebay. Combined shipping - If you bid on several items and want a cheaper rate on shipping, please wait until I send a final invoice. Combine shipping will only apply to all items successully won within 5 business days of winning the first item. For those who wish to have an extention on this deadline, email your request in advance. Approved bidders will be contacted. Broken Agreement - All bidders who fail to pay on time will be reported to Ebay for non-paying bidder. This includes, but is not limited to, all bidders who "Accidentally placed a bid," "Did not read all the details of the auction listing," and "Don't have the means to pay." Communication - Email / communicate in advance of placing a bid if you have questions or concerns regarding an item. Communicate in advance if you are having difficulties with payment. Returns/Refunds - 14 Day return and refund offered on unopened items . Item(s) must be in original new, sealed and/or unaltered condition to qualify for return/refund. All returns must be pre-approved by seller before shipping. Buyer responsible for all shipping costs including insurance. Open, used and/or altered items will not qualify for a return or refund. Refunds granted only if item is grossly misrepresented in auction lisiting. Bidding on the wrong item, changing your mind, or any other buyer's remorse is not grounds for a refund. Shipping and Handling Carrier - I ship United States Postal Service (USPS). There are times I may elect to use another carrier at my discretion. Selection of a carrier by the winning bidder is not an option. Local pick up is not available. Tracking & Insurance - All items shipped come with tracking number and insurance . You can monitor the progress of your item by visiting the USPS website. I cannot tell you the status of your item anymore than what is reported by the carrier. To hedge against the lost and/or damage of an item, insurance is included in the cost of shipping. The option to ship without insurance is not an option. Attention Canadian buyers: shipping rate appears higher due type of shipping with insurance. Time - The United States Postal Service takes great pride in delivering packages. If an item is marked as shipped according to USPS, the item is in the possession of USPS. This means I cannot be responsible for the length of time or speed in which the carrier takes to deliver your item. I ship on Saturdays only. However on occasion I will ship outside of this standard day when I happen to be going in the direction of the Post Office. For APO/FPO bidders, the amount of time an item may take to be delivered varies. Please be patient while your item is in transit. APO/FPO items are not trackable.
