All of our museum quality display models are inspected by us to make sure they have not sustained any type of shipping or packaging damage. From time to time we will find that a model will have a tiny chip or mark on it from the packaging or shipping process. Even though the model is brand new we will not offer this model for purchase as a premium model, but will offer it for sale at a reduced price as a clearance item.

Some of our models for sale are vintage items that have been hidden away in the warehouse and recently discovered. Some are prototype models and one of a kind. They are brand new with no flaws.

Our sale/clearance models offer you the chance to get a great display model at a substantially reduced price!

Take a look at the photos and you will see that the models are brand new and in most cases the imperfections mentioned are not visible. This model was discovered in our warehouse still in its original sealed shipping carton. T is a tiny chip on the right rear stabilizer area and on the left front pitot tube. The flaws are tiny and barely visible. The rest of the model is in perfect condition and includes all authenticity documents as well as the custom display stand. This model is offered as we found it in the sealed box and has not been touched up or altered in anyway.

This item is an autographed piece of aviation history signed by Chuck Yeager!

This is a 1/32 scale autographed model of the Bell X-1 rocket powered aircraft . It was flown by Gen. Chuck Yeager and was the first aircraft to break the sound barrier! It has a wing span of 10 1/2" and a length of 12 3/4.

This model features full control surface and body panel line detailing, authentic colors and markings, and comes with a black finished wood display stand with with the aircraft type printed on the base and a special plate attached that describes the aircraft and the mission.

All documentation including the letter of authenticity and the photo of the General signing aircraft are included. This model is BRAND NEW. Please check the photos. The model shown in the photo is the actual model available for purchase. This item represents a true piece of aviation history signed by the man who first broke the sound barrier!
