DESCRIPTION: A rare and classic beauty, circa 1940. A stand-out, with itâe(tm)s peaked top and Olympic rings grill. No elite catalin radio collection is complete without it. All original, including speaker cloth and cord. I have seen this all-butterscotch version priced $1,000 above two other color schemes of the same model, by the same seller, because of âeoerarityâe. COSMETIC CONDITION: Two repairable breaks in the catalin grille. (Alternately, a vintage replacement w/ hairline can be found on ebaY). No other known defects or missing parts. I have not polished nor thoroughly cleaned the radio. FUNCTIONAL CONDITION: Unknown. I have been advised that voltage should be introduced gradually to an old radio, to protect itâe(tm)s components. Tfore, for the sake of the buyer, I have not plugged in the radio. To be prudent, buyer should assume it doesnâe(tm)t work. Specialists can evaluate and repair old radios. I have never tampered with nor attempted repair on this radio. SHIPPING: I pack for the facts of shipper abuse, nothing to chance, using recycled professional packing materials. UPS, FedEx, or Greyhound. Assume around $20 to $30 national. No handling/packing charges. RADIO SIZE: approx 11" long X 8" tall X 6 1/2" deep. RETURNS: None, unless inadvertedly misrepresented. Item is vintage and sold As-Is. PAYMENT: Paypal preferred-- must be received within 5 days; Check or Money Order must be received within 10 days. FEEDBACK: Love Everyone policy.
