This auction is from the vintage 1977 - 1985 Star Wars figure line that was made by Kenner (3 3/4" scale) . This Ben figure is in very nice condition . It does not appear that this toy was played with at all . On a scale of 1 -10 I would rate this figure at least a 9 + . The joints are tight and The paint is really nice - just a couple very minor rubs on his hands that are most likely from a storage case . He does have a few specks of factory white overspray on his nose and forehead but they really don't detract from how sweet this guy is overall . This is a really nice example of a early release Ben figure - they don't come along this near perfect very often :) . This is a White Hair variation . This figure is stamped GMFGI 1977 Hong Kong . This figure is complete with a Vintage Kenner Weapon and Cape - both in very nice condition . This is a early release that has the raised letters "KK" stamped on the hilt of the saber . The earliest figures released came with the lettered saber hilts making this one of the first figures to hit the shelves back in 1977 / 1978 . Unlike many sellers My items pictured are the exact items you will receive - I do not use "stock" photos , blurry pictures or give poor descriptions . I provide plenty of large , clear , closeup photos so that you will know exactly what you will be receiving and not be disappointed by the condition when they arrive . Please keep in mind that the pictures are much larger than the actual figures and that very minor flaws appear much bigger in the photos - in person the figures always look even better . I describe the figures as accurately as possible and always point out any flaws that may not be as noticeable in the photos . I grade my figures much more strictly than most sellers on Ebay and I use a true C scale - there are too many sellers that seem to have made up their own scale , using fictional grades such as C9.2 , C9.4 , C9.7 etc... A true scale is C8 , C8.5 , C9 , C9.5 . I have compared many of these sellers "grades" to my own and have found that a so called C9.6+ , for instance , is about the same as a C8.5 to a C9 on a true scale (like I use) . I never rate figures higher than a C9.5 - any figure I give this grade to is as close to perfect as you will find anywhere . I also do not sell reproduction items , everything is 100% original - true vintage accessories are even rarer than the figures and make the figures worth much more . If you are a collector that does not mind repros please feel free to make a specific best offer for the figure alone - I can take a lower offer and you can buy tons of repro weapons elsewhere on ebay for pennies . So if you are tired of being disappointed when you receive a overrated figure that is not nearly as nice as it looked in the auction or one that has fake weapons , please try out my auctions .
