SUPERB EXAMPLE, BEN OWEN MASTER POTTER (STAMPED) FROGSKIN GLAZE EGG VASE. This great vase is 9" tall and 5" wide with a top opening of 2". Vase has one of the finest clear BOMP stamps you will see. Please see all pic. NOTE: Any scratches seen on the bottom of vase are just very light surface scratches from removing pc from the wheel. The vase in in superb condition with NO FLAWS OF REPAIRS!!! This pc dates to the the 1960's. The egg vase form was inspired by ancient Chinese forms and is known to be one of Ben Owens favorite forms to make. After years of examining many pcs of his frogskin glaze this vase is particular outstanding!!! Beautiful smooth finish with very subtle color variations. This pc has been kept locked behind locked glass doors and is from a smoke free home. DHL Ground shipping and insurance will be $15.00 to 48 USA only.
