Hello all. I have been gone from eBay for two years for personal reasons. [A.k.a.-health and family], but I am back and getting started again. Ben Wade Briar Pipe Deluxe London 92 9mm Very Nice Very nice Ben Wade briar pipe. Mark deluxe, London England, model 92, 9 mm. The pipe stem is also marked Ben Wade. I don't know the age of this piece, this and another one that I am listing today were picked up in an estate sale along with several other items. This type has been used, however very well cleaned before it was put away. The pipe stem has seen a great deal of use. I don't know enough about pipes to tell whether the small crack in the bottom of the outside bowl has any effect or it's there for character in this type of pipe before the relist, I went to a pipe store with this pipe and the answer I received was: his comments " great character, likely been there from day 1 "). You can see it clearly in the picture. The top of the pipe bowl measures 45 mm across and the inside edge measures just over 20 mm. The inside bowl depth is approximately 30 mm and the overall length is 5 1/4". I don't know much about pipes, so if there is anything I can answer for you. Please send me a message.
