This is the 5852 Bendix tube in a specially preserved package from 1952. These tubes have tested excellent from others that we've opened in this lot. These are thefinest of the Bendix Rectifiers in the 6X5 type. I've tested the 5852 tube type with four times the rated load and it keeps on going without any signs of stress. It has milled ceramic heater insulators, and beautiful construction. The sonics offer a very tight bass, and very dynamic response. The preserved Bendix 5852 is the best example of perfect Bendix rectifiers from the many we've had over the years. It's a joy just opening the package and then hearing these tubes in your audio system. We guaranty these tubes to function and perform as described.
