's your chance to own a brand new pair of the famous and rare gold pin 6900 dual triodes (ultimate 5687 audio driver / preamp tube). These are Cetron labeled 6900s built for Bendix to Bendix's specs (Tung Sol / MU also built the 6900s for Bendix) in their original boxes with the same date code (see pics). These tubes are known as the Red Bank Bendix tubes which were later second sourced by both Tung-Sol and Cetron. You can read the history of these very special tubes at the following web site: /issue5.htm. These tubes are well suited for any high end audio hi-fi and boutique guitar amplifier. You can directly replace 5687 tubes with the 6900. I use them as drivers in my 100 watt Gold Lion KT88 based custom high fidelity amplifiers in place of the original 5687s. They sound amazing! I have several of these tubes and don't need them all so I put them up for your bidding and use.Not only do these tubes sound amazing, the tubes were built for a 10,000 hour life expectancy so these should last you a life time in your audio equipment. The tube envelope is made of Nonex which is a very high temperature glass. You can easily find the pdf data sheets for these tubes on-line.
