Many subsequent designs had their roots in the concepts of the PAYEE. The model was designed by National Champion of 1954 Woody Blanchard.The kit being offered is an original, in-the-box 1955 issue. The box and its contents survive obvious calamity in relativey good shape with what appears to be box top smoke and moisture (though not saturated) staining. The contents are in original excellent shape with instruction yellowing on its outside folded face. The kit is worth collecting for its original instructions.Sold as is.
