Provenance: Minneapolis Art Institute, Minneapolis, Minnesota; Kraushaar Gallery, New York, New York. Exhibited: St. Lawrence Valley Exhibition, 1952, 1, 1st prize (brass plaque on the reverse); New Britain Museum of Art, New Britain, April 4 - May 3, 1964; Colby College Art Museum, Waterville, Maine; Carnegie Institute (label on the reverse) This painting was acquired by the museum in 1952.
