Enameled plate by the artist Bernard Seguin-Poirier. This plate depicts a couple holding yellow flowers amongst apples, oranges, lemons etc. This is very typical of his style of work. This is very similar in subject to "Sur le Meme Chemin". This plate is 12 inches (30.5 cm) in diameter. No chips or crazing to the enamel. Signed by the artist. You can see other examples of his work at his website at Poirier is a very accomplished artist whose recent installation was at Aeroports de Montreal where a wonderful mobile featuring his enamels is placed.
