This listing is for a very collectible figurine that was made in England by Beswick China -- it depicts the Beatrix Potter character, Timmy Tiptoes. He is a gray squirrel wearing a pink jacket! The figurine stands 3 1/2" tall and is in very good condition ~ no cracks, chips, crazing, or repairs! The figure comes in its original box as shown in the photos! This piece was designed by Arthur Gredington. This piece is very cute and nicely detailed! I believe this base marking is number BP-3b which is the Beswick mark issued from 1974 to 1985 ~ the base is dated 1948 as that is when this mold was first introduced.
