A very striking Beswick freeform vase which was designed by Albert Hallam and produced from the mid-50s to the early 60s . Decorated with a repeated design of houses in yellow, blue, green, brown and black on an off-white ground, both shape and pattern are redolent of the period. The interior of the twin-mouthed vase is black. Marked to base as shown. Stands approx. 7" high (17.5 cm). Excellent condition, no chips, cracks, repairs, restoration, scratches or wear. A little localised clean crazing, almost entirely confined to the base and unobtrusive. Great piece. PayPal accepted for all sales, also cheque or postal o rder within the UK; receipt of payments acknowledged and shipping date advised.
