Here is a Beswick lying down foal figurine. I am not an expert in Beswick figurines, but according to my research, this appears to be model #2460, produced between 1973 and 1976. It has the Beswick backstamp underneath and the original green and gold Beswick sticker. The finish is a high gloss brown. It appears to be in excellent condition. Please see all photos, as they are part of the description. There is a tiny mark below the neck and a spot on the foreleg, which I have tried to show. These may be tiny flaws in the finish. There is some sticker residue underneath. The figurine measures app. 3 1/2" high and 6" long. It really is a gorgeous figurine.
