This is a Beswick Quarter Horse Stallion 1st Version Model number 2186 in MINT condition; no cracks, chips, flaws, or repairs. Arthur Gredington is the designer. The horse stands 8 1/4" tall and has a gloss finish. I purchased this horse new in the year of 1973, having a decor shop owner order the horse for me from the factory. It has been standing in my china cabinet for the past 34 years. This is the first and only version made of this Quarter Horse model. It was produced from 1969 to 1982. This model is a brown horse and has a stamp on its belly that says QUARTER HORSE and a round stamp of Beswick England. This horse is extremely attractive, mint condition, and highly collectible. *****In the auction we tried to make it so that you could have the shipping costs calculated for you, but for some reason the costs were too high. In an effort to help you, we will ship this item anyw in the continental USA for $20 which includes insurance. Please contact me for shipping if you live outside of the continental USA. Good luck bidding!*****
