This is a Bev Doolittle signed Limited Edition lithograph, "Sacred Ground." It is in its original Greenwich Workshop heavy paper folio (picture 4). The cover of the folio has "BEV DOOLITTLE: SACRED GROUND" at the top in heavy .75" high letters (pictures 5 & 6). Below that is a square seal with the words "Personal Commission" and a drawing of a hand holding a pen. Next to it is the following wording, "This seal certifies the authenticity of 'Sacred Ground' by Bev Doolittle. This print has been authorized, approved and signed by the artist and consecutively numbered. All negatives, printing plates and other materials used in the production of this print have been destroyed, and the image will never again be produced as a fine art print. Personal Commission prints are published exclusively by The Greenwich Workshop, Inc." At the bottom of the folio are the addresses of the Workshops both in Connecticut and Ontario, Canada (picture 7). Picture 2 shows the hand signature by Bev Doolittle and the number of the print. This is #62,403 of 69,996. Picture 3 shows the bottom left corner of the print which reads, "1989 The Greenwich Workshop Inc." You can also see a slight bend in the outer edge there. This will not show when framed. The image size of this piece is 42.5" x 15.625". Pictures 8-12 are close-ups that I took within the print itself.
