Also the bass reflex system, which so far had only been applied for loudspeakers, was integrated into headphones for the first time in order to optimize the reproduction of low frequencies. Based on the "minimized mass technology" the DT 770 PRO and the DT 990 PRO were developed with even further reduced mass on the diaphragm and the moving coil. The continuing research and development over all the years contributed to the success of Beyerdynamic products.The latest technology features excellent and exclusive characteristics in all Beyerdynamic headphones. Computer-calculated diaphragms for a precise audio transmission as it was never achieved before. Triple-Neodymium stainless steel magnet systems based on minimized mass technology to increase the efficiency and to improve the frequency response, and the bass reflex technology to reproduce even the lowest frequencies without distortion. The perfect synergy of all these technical details will allow you to enter a perfect world of high fidelity and sound. The product range nowadays comprises also comfortable lightweight headphones. Improved headband constructions and soft, replaceable ear pads on all headphones ensure perfect and long term wearing comfort.
