Excellent Condition 100% working BGW Systems Model 202 Preamp!!! This thing is built like a tank (30 lbs) and beautiful! It's the best and cleanest on the web. I just cleaned all faders and switches, and it sounds Amazing! As you can see in the 4th picture, I This has been in the family since new and I still have the Matching Model 500D Amplifier. The build quality of this piece is only matched by the likes of McIntosh. Thick machined aluminum faceplate bolted to the chassis. As you in the pics, all internal components are caged in a protective steel body and the power supply is separated in it's own cage to prevent crosstalk over the internal signal path. If you want to use the internal Low and High frequency controls, you will need to place short jumper RCAs on the Equalizer loop on the back panel. *I have the jumpers on in the pictures so you can see where to place them, but those jumpers belong to my ADCOM preamp (other auction)* I have to tell you...Sonically this unit is impressive. I have alot of other high end gear, and John Coltrane or Jazz and Rock sounds best when played through this Preamp versus my others. It is heavy and I pack well, so expect the shipping to be a bit higher. This piece is vintage (1977) so AS IS no Returns but no DOA!
