*You are bidding on this very unusual large love token locket, it measures a big 2.25in high with the saddle bale and 1.75in without it, and is a good deep size and weight, with plenty of room for storing a small keepsake as well as pics, the locket has a deeply chased bird on branch motif to the front with a solid 9k (9ct gold [tested] ) bird, i think the tip of his tail is missing as it ends quite abruptly but this isnt noticeable and the locket is otherwise in good condition still closing securely as it should, the locket isnt hallmarked but tests for silver and dates around 1880, as you can see it still displays beautifully and would make a great gift for someone special, or a valuable addition to your own collection, (i have many more unusual english victorian/edwardian/vintage fobs/brooches/pins/charms/lockets/vintage sewing/writing instruments listed this week too and will post any amount you win for the one charge of $6.99 worldwide $3.99 UK), all with a low start price & no reserve ! - have lots more pics email if you would like to see them or ask any questions.... ....
