I will be listing quite a few Department 56 Village houses and accessories in the next few weeks. T will be items from the Dickens Village, New England Village, Christmas In The City Village, North Pole Village, and the Alpine Village. All items are new in original boxes. The only time the items will be taken out of their boxes is to take pictures for the auctions. All items are retired and some are hard to find. When I take the picture, I check each item to make sure that t are no chips, cracks or breaks. Your happiness and satisfaction is my number one priority. If t are any pieces that you do not see on my auctions please email me and ask me about them. The outside sleeves that the boxes are in are worn and slightly dirty because of storage. Not really a big deal but I wanted to let you know, however the Village houses and all accessories are IN MINT CONDITION and NIB!!!
