This is a FANTASTIC Two Sided coin style Mexican pendant featuring the Mayan or Aztec Calendar Stone on one side and a god or diety on the other side which has the words TLALOC and MEXICO written above and below him. The pendant has a slightly puffed design which is shown in the side shot it isn't completely flat. The quality and amount of detailing is incredible, I have the Calendar side shown under a loupe so you can see the fine workmanship of the sun god in the center of the design! This has a large size bail which is marked MEXICO . I also have that shown under a loupe below. This would be suitable for a Man or a Lady and is in excellent condition with no dents damages or defects . I am uncertain if this is sterling or alpaca silver, either way its a fantastic piece. Everyone knows the prophetic nature of the Calendar Stone ! This would be a great gift for the mystic or collector of vintage Mexican jewelry!
