Big pair of 1930's genuine Holophane Copper Searchlights, these are in exactly as found condition and could be restored to provide some spectacular lighting. Each lamp measures about 14" diameter and weighs just about 8.5kg, the lampholders are a normal ES fit, the body of the lamp is copper, inside there is a removable heavy holophane reflector, the front lens is stamped 'holophane'. The bracket is wrought iron and the baseplate cast iron. These lamps are ripe for restoration, the glass lenses and reflector are damage free apart from a few scratches, the copper bodies have dents that will require some carefull panel beating if you want the lamps to look pristine, the threads on the iron swivel bracket will penetrating oil to release.
