NOW, I AM NOT A GEMOLOGIST OR ANY KIND OF EXPERT ON GEMSTONES SO YOU KNOW THIS IN ADVANCE, I specialize in the old pawn vintage antique Native American Indian Turquoise Jewelry, but do come across these beautiful gemstone pieces at the high end estates I go to to buy my Native American jewelry, and these types of jewelry end up in the large group purchases I make at these high end estates, because they group all the jewelry together to sell as a lot at many of these estates I go to in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado and Utah, so what I know about these pieces is from what I am told and the research I also do on them and I also have a Gemstone Tester by Presidium, one of the best gemstone testers to confirm it is a gemstone and on my tester these gemstones are Diamonds and Natural Amethyst ....So here we have this Absolutely Stunning Gorgeous Big Vintage Signed 14k Yellow Gold & a Stunning Genuine 3.20 Carat Solitaire Natural Deep Purple Amethyst Gemstone and 12 Genuine 2mm each Real and AAA Quality Round Faceted Diamond gemstones Ring, size 5. .... The top of the ring measures: 3/4" x 1/2+" x 3/8" thickness of design above the rings shank...... The weight of the ring is 5.5 Grams.... The diamond total carat weight is 0.36 carats..... It is signed with an Omega looking symbol in my opinion you can see it in the photos.... ... It is also stamped " 14k " and tested as 14k... It can also be sized, but we don't do that kind of work, you would have to have that done at your cost...... Dating pieces by hallmarks is another thing I see others are saying all items made before 1970s will not be signed and will not have a sterling benchmark, WELL, thats not correct, and the proof is in the historic registers of hallmarks that can be found in the hallmark books, there are some Native Americans who signed there pieces as far back as 1920's and some even earlier, and the benchmark Sterling has been stamped on pieces since the late 1800s and earlier, please don't take my word for it, go look it up yourself, I looked it up so I could help the ebay community know the truth, I am putting this info in our auction pages to help the buyers know the real story, and since we sell mostly Southwestern Indian Jewelry this needed to be said, there is no way anyone before us could of got a certificate from these silversmiths back them, they were not even needed or knew about back then, and we don't make or give certificates unless they came directly from the silversmith, a true Certificate of Authenticity comes from the silversmith and signed by the silversmith, not a second party. ADDITIONAL VERY IMPORTANT INFO ON CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY FOR NATIVE AMERICAN and OTHER ETHNIC JEWELRY. Even when we are buying directly from the silversmith who made the piece, they don't give certificates of authenticity, most of the time when you see a C.O.A. its on a piece of jewelry in a high end gallery or museum collectible, thats why getting these C.O.A.'s on ebay are mostly not true certificates, and as you can see we specialize in the old pawn vintage Native American Jewelry, and they didn't give any Certificates back then, and thats another reason why we don't have them and we will not give out some bogus piece of paper saying we purchased it from so and so and we authenticate this piece for them, thats not a Certificate of Authenticity, so make sure you ask about the certificate before assuming its from the actual person who made it. OLD PAWN NATIVE AMERICAN JEWELRY RARELY EVER HAS A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY THAT COMES FROM THE PERSON WHO MADE THEM, BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE TO BE OBTAINED AT THE TIME THE PIECE WAS MADE AND SOLD, NOT LATER ON, AND THAT CERTIFICATE PASSED ON WITH THE PIECE FROM OWNER TO OWNER....
