This is Riverside Records 9399, Bill Evans Waltz For Debby, a deep groove, black labeled, original stereo issue of this classic live record featuring Scott LaFaro and Paul Motian. The record visually is in VG+(+) condition showing some light marks on both sides but it play grades better, playing quietly throughout except for some random, brief moments. Side 1 has a spot where there are two There is also minimal light background rumble during the opening of that track and for a brief time during the bass solo on Waltz For Debby. Side 2 reveals very light background crackle at the very beginning of the extremely quiet performance of Some Other Time. However,the overall aural experience is clean. The cover has it's original price sticker and shows some light ring wear but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are also excellent. This is a collector's grade copy and a wonderful addition to anyone's library. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
