This handsome woodfired shino teabowl was made by Bill Farrell. It measures 4 inches across and stands 3 inches tall. It's a real beauty and is not stamped but was bought directly from his studio. The piece is in great condition with no chips or cracks.
Bill got his Masters degree from Penn State with additional classes at Alfred and taught at Perdue back in the 1960's. From 1968-2002 he was a professor at the Art Institute of Chicago. He now lives near Galena with partner and potter Delores Fortuna. (for a full bio go to ).
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate in dropping me an email. I only charge the actual shipping (first class through USPS if I can) and do NOT add any other fees. Insurance of course will be yours to pay if you want it.
Please check out the other pottery pieces that I currently have up for auction.
Thanks and Good Luck!
