ON THIS BILL AT BOTTOM OF THE FRONT, THERE ARE BLOCKED OUT AREA AFTER GOVERNOR AND ASST DEPUTY GOVERNOR SIGNATURES. THE GOVERNORS AND ASST GOVERNORS SIGNATURES ARE SIGHED IN SAME TYPE INK.
