This is a set of twelve 4 1/2" diameter plates produced from the work of the noted Danish artist Carl Larsson by Bing & Grondahl. Each plate has an open lace border, and the back rim is pierced for hanging. T is a gold rim on each plate, as well as the outer ring of the picture. On the back of each plate is a description in Danish, the familiar B&G mark, and the following: "The art of Carl Larsson, (TITLE), Reproduced from an original painted in year (1900, '04, '05, '06)". World-wide production limited to 15,000. The titles and year of original painting are: Working in the Woods, 1905; Potato Harvest, 1905; Mama's Room, 1904; Opening Day of the Crayfish Season, 1900; The Flower Window, 1900; Winter and the Old Barn, 1900; Iduna's New Dress, 1900; Apple Harvest, 1904; Harvest, 1905; Azalea, 1906; Lunch under the Birchtree, 1900;and fishing, 1905.
