Original vibrant hand colouring. The artist captures beautifully the different eggs of the various birds - Tyrant shrike - Virginian chordeiles - cow bird - crimson honeysucker - variegated grakle - white tailed wheatear - wittal oriole - alpine accentor - nordman's glareole - alpine tit - crested tit - african parra - pirriguan tick eater - ptarmigan - scapulated crow - rock destrel - senegal thick knee - corythius - red legged stilt walker - stone thrush - silk tail - yellow bunting - cirl bunting . Willow Fine Arts guarantee that this print is over 130 years old! This is not only a really lovely work of art, it is also a fascinating historical reference. There is a title of each egg underneath the picture in Latin also.
