This wonderfully carved pair of birds are fresh out of a Northern Michigan Estate. This is a pair by the same maker with one being marked and the other unmarked. The marked one reads " JD 1983". One is a chickadee and the other is a robin, with both appearing to stand on an ax head. I purchased several older bird carvings from the same estate that I have be listed so be sure to check out my other auctions. Great overall condition as can be seen in the pics with nice coloring. Both roughly measure 3.25" tall and 4.5" long. nice condition as can be seen in the pics.
