TWO VINTAGE BIRTHDAY GREETING CARDS - BASED ON THE ART OF ANRI ARTIST JUAN FERRANDIZ
These two beautiful cards are based on the paintings of talented ANRI artist JUAN FERRANDIZ. They both have the Ferrandiz signature printed on the front.
The cards measure approxiamately 4 3/4 inches X 6 3/4 inches and are in excellent, unused condition.
The inside of the of both cards have very nice Birthday verses.
They are printed in Spain exclusively for Marcel Shurman Co. San Francisco

The artist Juan Ferrandiz
"Born in Barcelona, poet, artist, illustrator and author of 21 children's books in Catalan
and 43 in Spanish, is known as the creator of the most symbolically rich and original Christmas cards
which have been printed inside and outside Catalonia and the Spanish State as well as the figurines
carved by the masters at the house of ANRI and highly prized by collectors worldwide. Ferrandiz was,
basically, a painter who wrote poetry and a poet who painted pictures."
