This is a Vintage 1908 Lusitania Biscuit Tin. The bottom reads: Huntley& Palmers Biscuits by Appointment to His Majesty King Edward Vll. 1878 Grand Prizes Paris 1900, Reading & London, England. The top has a picture of the Lusitania and on the top left is a blue ring with a crown on top and it reads: The Cunard Steamship Company Limited, the front side has a picture of the First Class Lounge, the back side has a picture of the First Class Dining Saloons, the right side has a picture of the First Class Smoking Room and the left side has a picture Entrance Hall Promenade Deck. On the Internet it states only 20,000 of these tins were made for the Export Market. The tin has scratches and wear to the top and some minor wear around the tin.
