You are bidding on a tin wind-up toy made in Japan by S and E Company. Turn the blue base clockwise to wind. There is an on/off switch underneath the tin base next to the company logo. He dances perfectly doing a little jig. I'm not sure of the age of this toy but I've had it for at least 20 years. It's NOT a reproduction. He's 8 1/2" high. Base is almost 3" in diameter. From the table I have it sitting on to the top of the round base is 3". This is a great piece.Please ask any and all questions before bidding.
