I'm an antique dealer from So. Jersey and sell locally in several antique shops. I come across many items that are so nice that I wanted to make them available to everyone.

This Auction is for this "Black Americana Sharecropper Cast Iron Still Bank"

What I know about this piece. I purchased this from a lady who said it was from her father-in-laws collection. He gave it to her husband (his son) before he passed away in the 1950's, he has had it stored away till now. She told me her father-in-law had it for many years before he passed.

I have checked around on the web and the closest I came up with (looks identical) was from A.C. Williams Darkey made in the early 1900's. It has the origional paint, his toes sticking out on the left foot. The paint is chipped or warn in areas as seen in the pictures. It stands approx. 5.5" tall.

Insurance is available and recommended as I cannot be held responsible for items once they leave my posession.

If you have any questions regarding this item please e-mail me prior to bidding.
