The Black Keys is a two-man duo comprising singer/guitarist Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney , both of whom were in their early twenties when their debut release was issued in 2002. Hailing from Akron, OH, they harness a close-to-the-bone, raw blues-rock sound whose sole instruments are Auerbach 's guitar, Carney 's drums, and the occasional organ. The Black Keys Collection 4 CD set collects their four most recent releases starting with their commercial breakthrough, 2006s Magic Potion right up to their newest release, El Camino .
The Black Keys Collection 4 CD set is brand new; each of the four individual CDs that comprise the set is unopened, unplayed and still in its original factory shrink wrap. If you're a fan and don't own these albums on CD, now's the time. If you're a novice, here's the perfect introduction to one of America's most creative musical ensembles. Check out the 47 tracks for your self - enjoy...
Magic Potion All hail the riff king! The Black Keys' guitarist/singer Dan Auerbach has the meanest way with a hook since Jimmy Page . He adds to his arsenal on the band's fourth full-length release from 2006, on which each track pounds its way into your skull with fuzzy, swampy fury. Less is very definitely more in Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney 's world as the stripped-down guitar/drums attack smolders, burns, and then ignites without shifting into heavy-metal overdrive. Attack And Release Their 2008 release was originally intended as the collaborative product with DJ Dangermouse and Ike Turner , who passed away before the sessions began. Dangermouse , their first outside collaborator, didn't try to reinvent their sound but further isolated its essence with the help of a few carefully chosen guest players and some retro-modern electronic gear. All You Ever Wanted I Got Mine Strange Times Psychotic Girl Lies Remember When (Side A) Remember When (Side B) Same Old Thing So He Wont Break Oceans And Streams Things Aint Like They Used To Be

El Camino With the hard-rocking 2011 release, guitarist-singer Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney conjure up an exhilarating, stadium-sized sound in collaboration with producer and friend Dangermouse . El Camino boasts a no-nonsense brilliance: The pace is fast, the mood is upbeat, the choruses unfailingly addictive made for shouting along, preferably in a large, sweaty crowd.Lonely Boy Dead And Gone Gold On The Ceiling Little Black Submarines Money Maker Run Right Back Sister Hell Of A Season Stop Stop Nova Baby Mind Eraser
