Items must be posted back within 5 days of receiving them and be received by us within 30 days of auction end for ebay items and purchase date for website purchases. Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box. Do not put tape or labels directly onto the shoebox. Items returned with tape or shipping labels on the box are subject to a $5 restocking fee. When trying shoes on, walk only on carpeted surfaces so as to not scuff the soles. For US and Canada customers, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price and ship the exchange items free. Costs of returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.
