2.) The container has not been opened, but any incidental contents are not intended for consumption.

3.) This item is not available at any retail outlet, and the container has a value that substantially exceeds the current retail price of the alcohol in the container.

4.) As the seller, I will take steps to ensure that the buyer of this collectible container is of lawful age in the buyer and seller's jurisdiciton (generally 21 years old) and that I am in compliance with any and all applicable laws and shipping regulations in carrying out the transaciton.

Yes I know the Picture is not perfect But I dont have a big Black light to use its just a little pen black light. This bottle has a born on date unlike the others found it is 19oct05 bd91 canning number is 500404. This bottle is the only one I have and will be shipped with the greatest of care as u can tell by my rating. It does have a BB size ding on the bottle it is so small it does not show up on the camera. For those of you who are collectors know that U get these sometime from the process the can goes threw while beging filled or transported but this bottle is RARE and almost perfect. This is the only one I have and sale will be final and bottle will be shipped in bubble wrap and surrounded by peanuts.
