Here is a terrific 5 inch scalping knife and sheath. The blade is un -marked, but it is very hard, and hollow ground so a keen edge can be kept on it. It has a solid brass finger guard and the blade is a drop point style. The handle is an "ELK ANTLER WITH THE CROWN". The crown also still has hair attached. Elk crowns alone sell for $10 to $20 on e-bay. The handle is long and the total length of the knife is 11 inches. The sheath is of my design, and sets the knife deep inside for safety, and the reverse side has a 4 inch loop riveted on for ease of carrying. The sheasth is 6 ounce hard sand casted steer hide,and is held together by solid brass rivets. I make these items to last a life time.
