ONE WILD RIDE! Wild Bill Wilder and “Firsttofight” have joined forces once again to bring you a great new series of games that are compatible with Advanced Squad Leader. They are called “ The Campaign Series! ” These campaigns are smaller sets of new counters, history, rules and scenarios that cover a specific period or unit in 20 th century military history. These series are complete in themselves EXCEPT you will need the ASL rulebook and the modules “Beyond Valor” and “Yanks” to play them. These campaigns are compatible with the ASL system. The first in the series is “ ONE WILD RIDE,” It covers broadly the history of the 11 th Armored Cavalry Regiment, “The Blackhorse!” This campaign series set includes the following: 1.160 die cut laminated ½ and 5/8 inch counters, including US Cavalry, NVA, VC forces and numerous vehicles, tanks, SP guns and helicopters. 2. A brief history of the Blackhorse including its service in Vietnam 3. Addendum of rules for use with the newer units, which include medics, infiltrators, sappers, RPGs, attack helicopters and much more. 4. 5 Scenarios printed on cardstock covering some of the action in which the Blackhorse distinguished itself in Vietnam . A brief historical background is included for each scenario. 5. One new minimap and one overlay Note: Ownership of the earlier Vietnam modules is NOT required to be able to play this campaign series. Special Bonus: The winner of this auction will have his name, if he so desires, placed on one of the Blackhorse leader counters at no additional charge. You can now have your own personalized leader counter to make you even more part of the action! The scenarios include: 1. BH01 – New to the Nam – October 2, 1966 2. BH02 - Into the Triangle – January 12, 1967 3. BH03 – Doing It’s Thing – February 1, 1968 4. BH04 - New Tools, Same Job – January 11, 1969 5.
