Blacksmith Antique Coal Forge Champion Electric Blower

This is a pretty rare vintage blacksmith forge blower made by Champion Blower and Forge Company in PA. Almost certainly 1930's-40's construction. I tested the unit on standard house current. Motor runs fine and blower moves a ton of air. No bearing noises or obvious problems. Will need cleaning and a better permanent safer electric cord. Alot of guys wire these electric blowers to rheostats (available at any hardware store)to control air speed. Well balanced 6 blade fan with no broken fins. Original motor with brass nomenclature tag reading "Champion, etc..." still affixed. Nice addition to any blacksmith tool collection or functioning smith shop. More tools on other auctions.
