I will also do what I can to save you travel time if desired, for further detail e-mail me at Champion 400 Blower The Champion Blower model 400 has been thoroughly cleaned, checked for cracks, repairs and it has been found to be a solid piece of equipment. The blowers' gears show little sign of wear and is obvious it has been taken care of. Although the wood from the handle is missing, it cranks with little effort and has great travel. The outlet has a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. Indian Chief Leg/Post vise The 70 lb Indian Chief leg vise has also been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. No cracks, repairs or any other type of damage is known of on this piece. The screw is in excellent condition with no sign of use or abuse. The vise stands proud at 41 1/2" inches tall and the adjustable mounting bracket is sitting at 31" from the floor. Jaws on this Chief close tight and measures 5 1/4" inches with much of the hex marks still present. Wash Tub style Forge This Wash Tub style forge is lined with top quality refractory cement, rated to withstand well over 2500°F. The Forge has a 17" by 12" inch heating space and is 3 1/2 inches to the tuyere. It is outfitted with a 2" inch inlet. The wooden table the forge is screwed to, measures 3' foot long, 16" inches tall and 22" to the top of the forge. With a layer of refractory cement aprox. 3 inches deep from the tuyere, t is no chance the wood will get too hot and burn. The forge is designed to use charcoal as the heat source and I will supply the knowledge, equipment and material to make charcoal easily and cheaply as well as supply enough fuel to last for weeks of hammering. RailRoad rail Anvil This solid steel anvil weighs in at 44 lbs and measures aprox. 13 inches long, 2-3/4 wide and 7 inches tall. The base of the anvil is 5-1/2 inches wide. It has a smooth face (working surface) and has no cracks or chips. Rings like a bell and has good rebound. I'll also include an big oak stump to mount it on. (Photo's available upon request). Tongs I'm also be adding 4 sets of tongs and a 32oz Stanley Hammer to this listing. Total Package This is a list of everything the winner will be getting in this auction. Champion Blower, Indian Chief Vise, Wash Tub style Forge, RailRoad rail Anvil, 4 sets of tongs, 1 hammer, a charcoal making "oven", oak charcoal making material, plenty of already made charcoal, and 1 solid oak anvil stump.
