NEW BLACKSMITH KNIFE MAKERS & GENERAL PURPOSE LP GAS FORGE This 2 burner LP Gas forge has a single control for both burners. The forge measures 13 3/4" long 9 1/4" wide and 7 1/2" high. Inside dimensions are 13 1/2" long, 6 1/2" wide 4 1/2" high. The forge has openings on both ends 5" wide, and 3" high. The openings on both ends allows for long items to pass through the forge. The liner is hard ceramic. It is the same liner the large steel mills use in their steel furnaces. (This is not firebrick) These liners outlast and outperform wool liners. Wool liners usually require replacement every 1 to 2 years. These liners normally last between 5 to 10 years depending on usage. These liners have a heat rating of 3200 deg. while most wool liners are only rated to 2300 deg. This forge is great for the farrier or knife maker or general smithing.I will ship worldwide.
