I first brought them back from Tucson in February 2004 w I had the pleasure of meeting Melody. The room adjacent to her publisher's room was filled with many hard-to-find crystals that she has mentioned in her books. When I started to list this item I wasn't quite sure of the composition of the stone even though I was certain that t was Indicolite (also known as Blue Tourmaline) as part of the phantom. I called the supplier, who is Melody's associate, and was told that the Blue Phantom has three minerals; Indicolite, Actinolite (Byssolite) and a third unidentified mineral. February 26 Update: I recently spoke with this supplier and he no longer has any more Blue Phantom Quartz. The owner of the mine is now focusing on his Gold and Diamond mine and has stopped mining the Blue Phantom Quartz. T are no other sources of this mineral that I am aware of. May 2006 Update: I was at a local rock and mineral show when one of my regular suppliers had Blue Phantom Quartz. He got his supply 8 years ago and it had been mined in the 1970's. He is now bringing it out to share. He claims that the third element is Tremolite. This is much better quality stock than I have ever seen as many of the crystals are large and complete. I am thrilled to be able to offer these incredible crystals. August 2006 Update: This supplier brought more of these exquisite crystals to the East Coast Mineral Show and I was the first to pick from them. I brought home more than 70 crystals this time ! This auction is for the Blue Phantom crystal shown in the enlarged photographs above. It measures 2" by 3/4" by 1/2" and weighs 23.1 grams. This crystal is in excellent condition since Blue Phantom crystals from Brazil usually aren't complete crystals. All 6 faces are present and you won't find a blue phantom crystal in better condition than this one. When I gave a Blue Phantom Stone for Pat Dornik to hold she called it "Bliss Out Stone". Pat is a psychic channel, energy healer and lecturer. is what she said about this remarkable stone: "This particular frequency demonstrates a very high electromagnetic content which would account for the deep pulsing sensation one would feel through the bottoms of the feet through the spleenic chakra and the third eye level.
