Product Code 2006_10_472 Shipping and Handling Domestic Rates All US Continental orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Brazil via UPS at discounted rates. We ship packages once a week. Shipping takes about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive to customers. Please click to check our UPS Ground rates .We charge a flat fee shipping rate that is variable according to the weight of the package and includes handling fee. Insurance is required in all purchases over a $100. All packages are provided with tracking information. Once you receive your tracking information, please wait for 3 to 4 business days to track your item at the UPS website. Your package will be in transit during these days and UPS will only upload your tracking number information to its system once the item arrives at its US facility in Miami. We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses. Buyers from Hawaii and Puerto Rico please e-mail us for UPS shipping quotes. Pick-ups are not available. International Rates We are happy to ship and combine products for customers worldwide. We have a two-phase process for our international shipping orders. First they are shipped from our warehouse in Brazil to our California office in the USA. Next they are shipped to other countries by USPS (United States Postal Service) by Economy/Surface mail or by Air mail depending on the final destination.
