No, this isn't a clip for a tie; it's a clip that looks like a tie - an ascot of bright blue moonglow beads graduating from tiny at the neckline and growing larger as they descend. Three inches long, 2 1/8" wide and 1" deep, this is a "Notice Me!" kind of clip without being the least bit loud or glitzy. Marked only with the clip mechanism patent, "Pat 1852188." The beads bounce light around so much that my pictures look a little funny, but the clip is in excellent condition.
