From an estate sale, a set of seven Blue Danube China tea cups and saucers. Photo only shows four, but you're getting 8 just like in the photos. They have only natural glazing flaws, no chips or cracks. Weight 5 lbs. (Before packaging)GENERAL NOTE: This china comes from the estate sale of a woman who spent 40 years in Japan, and then moved to the US. Her children said that they used the china sometimes, and so this china will have the kind of scuffs typical of use on the ridge that rests on the table or shelf. Aside from that, I will try to point out any flaw I find in the text above. This is genuine old china, and my understanding is that it was made from 1951 to 1976, based on the logo on the bottom, but PLEASE make sure you are sure, because china is not an area of expertise for me. I've been doing ebay a long time and am very used to shipping fragile items. I had large boxes of bubble wrap and styrofoam padding to use, so have no worries, you china will arrive in great shape. Do not try the old switcheroo trick on me. I'm well aware of it, and I take detailed enough photos that I will know if you try to return a piece other than what I sent.
