Up for auction is 3 gal. dated 1879 wreath crock. The mark is Fulper & Bros. Flemington, New Jersey. The 3 & mark are both washed in blue. The crock stands approx. 10.5 " tall. Condition; 1 interior rim chip approx. 1" in length, crack on back behind right lug handle coming down from rim & traveling approx. 4.5" across bottom. The crack appears to have been sealed. T are traces of residue of glue along side the crack on the interior which can easily be removed. Dated pieces are not easily found. This is an attractive piece to display that is being sold as is.
