Mary Iron Eyes gifts us with a profoundly spiritual expression of healing in Blue Medicine. A gifted writer and painter, this Cherokee artist wanted her Pony to stand not only as a work of art, but an expression of healing and support for those in need in our community. This pony is adorned with a leather-look tribal sash and is decorated with the individual prints of families and children. Mary worked overtime to complete this vision and personal prayer before passing to the other side in the summer of 2003.

Summary of Selling Policies Payment We offer PayPal, Money Order or Cashier's Checks. PayPal is preferred. Payment must be made within 3 days of auction closing or item will be re-listed. Fees We do not charge sales tax. If you live in the state of Florida we pay taxes. Shipping We will ship anyw that is allowed by the USPS with proper postage paid in advance. We do not ship COD. We recommend insurance on any fragile items purchased. We will not refund items broken during shipping that do not have insurance.
We offer combined shipping discounts as long as only one box is involved. On larger items requiring separate packaging we cannot combine shipping costs. In the event and item is oversized t may be additional shipping fee incurred. Delivery All shipments are made within 2 days of payment received. The rare exceptions include holiday weekends. Some are made the same day. I try to ship at least every other day of the week except Saturdays and Sundays. Refunds & Returns We like to make sure that each customer is thoroughly satisfied. Refunds will be given if merchandise is not presented as listed for some reason, if a customer is totally not satisfied for a very valid reason I have offered many forms of reconciliation including partial refunds, returns for full refunds of purchase price. Shipping charges are NOT refunded. All requests for refunds must be made within ten days of shipping and items must be returned promptly after negotiations for refund. If an item is mailed back buyer must pay shipping costs. The box and all packing including paper work that we send with each item must also be included with the item..... Items that are broken in shipment will only be refunded if insurance was purchased (that is what it is for).
