BLUE RIDGE RED NOCTURNE TEAPOT Up for auction is a teapot that I believe is by Blue Ridge in their "Red Nocturne - Colonial" pattern. This piece is unmarked, but several other pieces in the lot that was acquired do carry the appropriate Blue Ridge marks. This piece has a shallow bite under the spout that I have attempted to depict in the photo. It only affects the bottom lip of the spout by a very small amount and is certainly not glaring. The flaw is circular measuring about 1/8" in diameter. The pot is free of any additional chips, cracks or crazing. The assembled piece stands approximately 7" high from the base to the top of the ball finial on the lid. Though not perfect, I believe it would grace any Blue Ridge collection! Thanks for looking!
